Condor Maritime Surveyors and Consultants is one of the Marine Surveying Firms in the East Coast of Africa, strategically located in Mombasa, Kenya. Our principal surveyor is A. M. Ali, SAMS® AMS®.
Condor Maritime is also a registered survey firm locally in Kenya, having commenced operations since 1997. Our business is both local and international. Condor is licensed by the office of the Commissioner of Insurance as insurance surveyors and loss adjusters. However, we do provide other related services to other major ports along and within the East Coast of Africa and the adjacent islands.

Flag state marine safety inspection, technical surveys and certification services.
Maritime Auditing - Our Surveyor is qualified to audit vessels under Grade QMS 2000. Certificate No. 1184985 was issued by "IRCA" U.K. for this service.
Classification of Ships - Our Surveyor is a Non-Exclusive Surveyor representing IRS (International Register of Shipping) and Conarina Group.
ISPS CODE - qualified to perform Security Checklist and Audits.

About us.

Our Principal Surveyor, A. M. Ali, is an Accredited Marine Surveyor® with the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors®, and has over 25 years sea service, initially as a deck cadet rising to the rank of Chief Officer, serving in different types of cargo vessels and ocean tugs.
A graduate of the National Sea Training Center School of Marine Surveying, North West, Kent College, (U.K). and also a graduate of Cape Technicon Safety and Survival Training for the Marine. - STCW 95 "Training the trainer course," - [RSA].
Lecturing on part time basis at Bandari College, one of the leading Maritime Colleges in East & Central Africa run by Kenya Ports Authority.
Formerly a Marine Pilot with Kenya Ports Authority.
